Nightlife in Amarilla Golf.

Firstly one must remember this area is residential and popular for golf. So if you are looking for bright lights, disco’s, and keeping yourself entertained until the early hours of the morning, Los Americas is the resort to go to and this is 20 minutes away by car or taxi.

In the Amarilla Golf area pre diner drinks can be taken at the Aquamarina Hotel, which is situated on the seafront. Inside the Hotel there is a nice cocktail bar which has an old fashioned sort of feel to it. Try the champagne cocktails. Most evenings there is entertainment at this Hotel. Just along from the Aquamarine Hotel there is a small row of restaurants such as Chinese, Italian, etc.

The Wild Geese pub is a bit further along on the other side of the road. The pub has a home from home feel, and they show all the football and rugby matches whilst serving a good bar food menu, they also have entertainment every evening.

Opposite the pub is a sloping footpath leading down to the seafront. About halfway down is a show bar, and there are a selection of restaurants on the seafront.

You can walk along the seafront all the way into San Blas. It is well lit along the front, and the walk will take about 15 minutes. San Blas mainly consists of a large square, around the square are restaurants, entertainment, bars, and little gift shops.

Further along is the fishing village of Los Abrigos. It is possible during the day to walk across the beach and rocks to get there. Otherwise it is a short car or taxi ride. Los Abrigos is popular for its fish restaurants.
