PHE is a summer festival combining music, trends, culture, film, food and creation. The seventh edition of Phe Festival brings together an outstanding lineup of national, international and local artists during two days of concerts on Friday, August 18 and Saturday, August 19, at its usual venue, the esplanade of the pier.
