Scooby Doo in Tenerife

I decided if I ever get another dog I will call him Scooby doo. When I saw a dog hotel had opened in Tenerife called” Scooby Doo” I loved the whole idea. The fact your pooch would receive first class care in comfortable surroundings, and named after my favourite dog. However a word of warning if you are setting up a business, you need to be very careful when choosing your business a name.

The kennels, in Tijaco Bajo, Adeje, were told by Warner Bros they could no longer use the Scooby Doo name. I can just imagine how the couple would have felt; the name would make that business. They even offered Warner Bros money but with no success, they had no choice but to decide on a new Kennel name.

The former Scooby Doo pooch Hotel is now called “Canichou”. After hearing this story the customers wished the owners continued success with their new venture.
